About the Role

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you'll be a trusted advisor to key enterprise customers across the DACH region. You'll guide them through their security journey, ensuring they get maximum value from their technology investment, driving adoption, and strengthening long-term partnerships.
We're looking for professionals from a technical background (Sales Engineering, Technical Customer Success, Technical Account Management or Advanced Tech Support etc...)
This is a customer-facing role, working closely with Sales, Technical Consultants, and Professional Services to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusted relationships with enterprise customers across the DACH region
- Help customers define success criteria and measure outcomes based on KPIs and ROI
- Lead regular business reviews (QBRs) to track progress and ensure value delivery
- Partner closely with Sales and Technical teams to support renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Monitor product adoption and customer health, identifying any risks or challenges early
- Provide guidance on security best practices and solution optimisation
- Manage complex customer relationships across multiple stakeholders and regions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure SLAs and customer expectations are met
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, or similar client-facing roles
- Strong relationship-building skills with both technical and senior executive stakeholders (up to C-level)
- Experience working with enterprise software or security solutions within large-scale organisations
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM/PAM), security operations, or enterprise IT environments is a plus (but not essential)
- Familiarity with technologies such as Active Directory, Windows/Unix administration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), scripting, or DevOps practices is highly desirable
- Fluent in English and native-level German language skills are essential
